Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments;
*Deliver and maintain an exceptional guest experience and the highest standards of service quality;
*Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional work environment;
*Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive operational efficiency to achieve business objectives;
*Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and external service providers;
*Ensure full compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.

* In-depth knowledge of local regulations and operational requirements related to the restaurant industry;
* Practical experience interacting with local authorities, inspection bodies, licensing authorities, suppliers, and service providers;
* Thorough understanding of all operational aspects of running a restaurant, including guest relations, compliance, staffing, and day-to-day management.
