    Where you’ll work:

    The Kitchen department is responsible for providing superb guest service in the areas of preparing, cooking and presenting food and desserts, whether be it in a buffet or in an a la carte restaurant, in a lobby bar or in a beach and pool bar. All guests are enjoying gastronomic culinary creations and professional service and this could range from cooking to setting the buffet and from presenting a course to receiving the goods and providing a clean environment.


    What you’ll do:

    Prepare food and present dishes all standing up to Ikos Resorts high standards
    Deliver excellent cooking service to the guests
    Cooperate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef for menu changes, staff training and all other kitchen related responsibilities

Požiadavky na zamestnanca
  • Požadované vzdelanie:
    nadstavbové/vyššie odborné vzdelanie
  • Požadované jazykové znalosti:
    • Anglický - pokročilý
  • Požadovaná prax:
    3-5 rokov
  • Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti:
    Previous work experience in a similar position in an à la carte restaurant
    Experience in different cuisines, preference in French, Asian or Mediterranean
    Excellent time & people management and organizational skills
    Good knowledge of English (verbal). A second language would be highly appreciated
