experienced and professional Residence Manager to take full charge of the residence of one oligarch in Azerbaijan.

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:• Managing and coordinating all daily operations in the main private residence with some minor support for the city residence
• Fulfilling the requirements of the owner
• Planning and executing all purchases (also international)/stocktaking
• Inventory and procurement of household supplies
• Responsible for all personnel in the mansion and other private properties (approximately 70 people)
• Recruiting, scheduling, coordinating, controlling staff
• Arranging private VIP events in cooperation with the Executive chef
• Providing hospitality and excellent service for principals and all guests; includes formal service
• Event planning and execution; set-up and service, post-event clean-up and follow-through.
• Financial management; overseeing household budgets, reporting, etc.
• Calendar management; scheduling services to the home and informing principals of appointments
• Overseeing facilities systems, daily procedures, and maintenance .
• Acting as gatekeeper for principals; liaising with staff as well as vendors and contractors
• Maintaining orderly operation and meticulous appearance of staff and systems
• Coordinating with the Executive Chef to assist with and oversee daily meal service
• Light housekeeping; includes care of fine art, antiques, and furniture
• Maintaining a fleet of vehicles and facilities.)
• Handling special requests, errands, and related duties

Doplňujúce informácie o pracovných skúsenostiach:The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in fine homes/hotels and be adept with supervising large team of staff

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti:• Fluent Turkish language and/or fluency in Russian (if Russian only, that is acceptable)
• English language skills essential both written and oral, is required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel/large residence management position
• Experience in F&B and VIP events/private banquets management
• Experience in purchasing, logistics as well as managing costs and a sizeable budget
• Good people management skills
• Ability to deal with VIP guests of all levels
• Outstanding references from both current and previous employers; references will be checked
• Excellent computer / technology skills
• Understands that the utmost in confidentiality and discretion is required
• Superior process-, project-, and time-management skills
• Strong analytic, communication and change management skills
• Must be able to serve guests and assist with dinners, parties, and planning / service of larger events
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
