• Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
  • Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed including appropriate shoes (polished) and nametag at all times according to the hotels dress code & The Augustine Prague grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service. Cook and serve dishes according to the outlet’s menu.
  • Provide direction to the Commis, Cooks, Stewards and Students.
  • Clean and re-set their working area.
  • Work with Superior to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. Duties include:
  o Conducting on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintaining a record of progress for each staff member.
  • Recycle where-ever possible and enforce cost saving measures to staff.
  • Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
